A | New Delhi, Oct 21 (UNI) Videos captured of noisy fistfights and physical assaults between two sides at the Hyde Park Society in Noida Sector 78, has gone viral.
The Thursday night videos show on camera, how allegations of a rigged society poll turned turbulent with hairs being pulled, slaps raining as yet another Noida society witnessed violence with residents and guards clashing.
The two groups of people supporting different candidates for post of Apartment Owners Association President of Noida's Hyde Park society got into a clash with two women getting minor injuries, DCP Noida said adding that a complaint has been registered and two guards were detained.
This marks yet another episode of violence among residents, guards -- engaging in physical assault.
Earlier this month, a food delivery person and a security guard engaged in a fight over entry into a housing society in Noida.
In another instance, a resident and a guard were arrested for fighting over a dog in a complex, when an infant was mauled to death by a stray dog in a Sector 100 housing society.
When dogcatchers came, doglovers of the gated community chased them away. The child's parents as per reports were labourers working in the society.
On Thursday, videos on social media also showed how Noida's Shrikant Tyagi, who was arrested in August on charges of abusing a woman, was welcomed to his housing society in Sector 93B.
In another case in September, a case was registered against a Noida woman after her video of slapping a housing society security guard went viral on social media. It was in the premises of the Cleo County Society in Phase 3, Kotwali area.
In August, a video of a man assaulting a lift man and security personnel surfaced on social media from Haryana’s Gurugram. The incident took place in Nirvana Country. The resident was caught on CCTV camera, slapping, abusing and manhandling a security guard and threatening the lift operator after he got stuck in one of the elevators.

When asked about their way of dealing with the situation, Palak said, "I think the families have been through a very tough time. Like you just said, I would just want to repeat that we would like to believe in positivity at this time. We would like to spread positivity as much as we can. We are also trying to stay strong."For those unaware, Palash and Smriti's wedding festivities were halted as the latter's father was rushed to Sangli hospital after suffering severe chest pain. This led to the postponement of the wedding, but several reports state that the wedding may happen soon.Now, Smriti's father has also been discharged and declared stable by the doctors. Moreover, the doctors found no blockages, easing concerns about his cardiac health. The family is yet to announce the revised date. Previously, Smriti's business manager, Tuhin Mishra had stated that it was Smriti's decision to postpone the marriage indefinitely.
Palash's mother, Amita Muchhal, had also stated, "Palash is extremely close to him... when he fell ill, Palash immediately insisted the wedding be postponed."
